Delete your data

damnisitdown.com and the DIID apps for iOS and Android are operated by Big Toy Market LLC. The apps do not use accounts. Here is how to remove what we store.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@bigtoymarket.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the email address you used, or say you use the DIID app and which services you follow.
3. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• App push tokens and followed services.
• Email alert follows, service claims, and support tickets tied to your email.
• Your Stripe subscription is canceled; Stripe may keep payment records as required by law.

What may be kept

Anonymous outage reports (a salted IP hash and time, not linked to you) stay in aggregate counts. Billing records may be kept as long as tax law requires.

Delete without emailing

In the app, unfollow all services and turn off notifications, or uninstall. Email alerts include an unsubscribe link. See the full Privacy Policy.
