Reports are anonymous. We store a salted hash of the network address so one person cannot flood a page, and we do not keep the raw address. An optional note is stored with the report and is not published.

If you claim a service, we store the email you type, a verification token, and — after you subscribe — the Stripe customer and subscription ids. Card numbers stay with Stripe. Alert email is sent through Resend.

Status checks request the public URL of each service from Cloudflare’s network. We also read public vendor status feeds and, during domain verification, a DNS TXT record or the homepage HTML of that same host.

We do not sell this data and we do not run an account system.
